Ontario Employees Association

The Ontario Employees Association is an independent union that was founded on the belief that respectful, collaborative and positive labour relation builds a better workplace. We are a registered construction union in the province of Ontario.

We are representation of the people, by the people and for the people. Our union is run by an executive elected by the members who work alongside the co-workers they represent.

Our members get a say in how we run our union – from voting on the dues to be paid each year to electing the members to serve on the executive.

We work to improve our workplace and build our reputation for excellence with the customers we serve. We believe in living up to our obligation to take care of care of our customers, support our co-workers and the company that employs us. We take pride in our work and professionalism. We believe in responsible, respectful representation of our members.
