Our 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, December 3.   This will be our first in-person AGM since 2019.

This is a particularly important meeting.  Among other items, elections will be held for the positions of President and Secretary-Treasurer, we’ll be updating our constitution to reflect our continued growth and we’ll also be setting up committees for our upcoming negotiations with Expercom in the spring.

We’ve booked the “Helen Paris Room” in the  George Ashe Library & Community Centre.  470 Kingston Rd, Pickering, ON.

The community centre is located on the north side of the 401, just west of the White’s Road exit.    We picked this location for its relatively central location to all our yards from Direct Bore in the east to Hamilton in the west.

Coffee will be served as well as pizza for lunch at the end of the meeting.
