Please note that our upcoming Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 9, 2023.  

This will be at the South Oshawa Community Centre.  Meeting Room #1. 1455 Cedar Street, Oshawa, ON.   Coffee and donuts will be served.

All members from both Expercom and Direct Bore are invited to attend.

The primary agenda items will be to elect a Vice-President and to discuss the coming year.

By our constitution, executive positions have a three year term.  Our current Vice-President is welcome to stand for re-election if they wish.

If you wish to run for this position, please contact the OEA office to get a nomination form.  A completed nomination form will need to be submitted electronically by noon on Friday, December 1, 2023.  This is to allow for the printing of ballots and meeting agenda.  Each candidate will be given an opportunity to speak at the meeting in advance of the actual vote.
