Working under the supervision of the field supervisor or Foreman, he/she will drive and operate the HydroVac on our project sites.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

• Operating the Hydro Vac truck while maintaining the vehicle
• Transport cargo and/or equipment in a safe manner
• Use various equipment to move and install material according to project plans
• Complete Driver’s logbook & daily vehicle inspection (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), maintenance and repair reports, accident, or incident reports

  THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Fully trained in the operations and maintenance of the truck and comfortable trouble shooting and minor repairs in the field
• Operate Vac truck in a safe manner
• Complete the daily maintenance programs as per equipment specifications
• Comfortable around underground utility services
• Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to lift 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Must provide a clean driving record (abstract) and criminal check prior to employment commencing
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Familiarity with CVOR requirements
